Paola is passionate about cooking and Stefano, a professional Sommelier, is passionate about wine. They are enthusiastic hosts, keen to share their love of Umbrian cuisine and regional wines with their guests.
Paola‘s philosophy is to use only ingredients sourced by local farmers and organic meat and vegetables whenever possible.
Her exquisite meals are also enhanced by the fresh herbs and vegetables she grows in her kitchen garden.
